Early Recognition and Pattern Awareness

One-day course | 9:30am–4:00pm

Recognising early change. Understanding patterns. Supporting informed choices.
About the Course

Early signs of ketamine-related harm can be overlooked, particularly when people do not consider their use problematic. Changes in physical health, patterns of use and everyday functioning may develop before more established difficulties become apparent.

This practical Tier 1 KASPR course develops the skills needed to recognise emerging harm and help individuals understand their own patterns of ketamine use.
Participants learn to use empathic seeking and sequencing to explore the function of ketamine use, understand how individual sessions develop and recognise emerging physical and behavioural changes.

The course introduces four structured KASPR early-recognition worksheets to support these conversations. At Tier 1, recognition itself is the goal: helping people understand what is happening without imposing premature pressure to change.
