ABOUT
KASPR has been developed by Philip Harris, drawing on over 36 years of frontline practice and service development, including the design and implementation of large multi-county treatment systems.

This work includes the development of clinical approaches and interventions tailored to complex and evolving patterns of substance use, with a particular focus on the challenges associated with ketamine use.
Approach
KASPR is grounded in frontline practice.
It is designed to be clinically relevant, usable across services, and responsive to the realities of everyday work.
The emphasis is on clarity, structure, and supporting more effective responses to complex and evolving presentations.
Focus
Current work is focused on the continued development and refinement of KASPR as a framework for understanding and responding to ketamine-related harm, alongside supporting its implementation within services.
